excerpt:
A Pueblo poker room that has been on law enforcement’s radar for four years finally was raided last week by the Colorado Bureau of Investigation, according to court records made public on Thursday.
Its accused proprietor, Larry Lee Wittman, 63, was cited for professional gambling, a misdemeanor.
It marked the second time in less than a month that CBI had cited Wittman for operating the game. Less than 10 players were present during last week’s raid, according to District Attorney Bill Thiebaut. Each received misdemeanor gambling tickets.
