The last few months have been very chaotic for those trying to withdraw money at FullTilt. Just take a look at their own forum, most of the posts are about long delays, bounced checks (!!!), etc. The customer service has been relatively good (that is, they send you an email apologizing, then put some extra money in your account). But bottom line is, there are a lot of people complaining.

A few weeks ago they took away the bank transfer option to withdraw. Then about a week ago, they took away the check option. The only option left is cash pickup ($250 minimum).

I enjoy FT, I think it is a great site and I still play it, but isn't this ridiculous? Can't PPA do someting?

  2. Full Tilt is not the only site having these same problems - they all are! The PPA is indirectly trying to solve these issues through proper legislation.

Kidkash is correct....PPA is working this via improved poker legislation. PPA is also working to have the UIGEA regulations properly reflect the true legal status of poker.

If every poker player in America were to stand up for his or her rights, this would all be clearly legal now. I hope more players will take a strong stand.

I'm trying to request a withdrawal from FULL TILT but can't. I don't have the bank transfer option, no check option, and now the Cash Pickup option is not available. How do they expect us to withdraw our money? PLease help if anyone has a solution.

Last I heard the check option was open again at FullTilt, if it is not showing up in your cashier, you should contact support. It would appear this is the only option currently available for US players, and, I am told, the checks are drawn on a Canadian Bank, meaning after you get it and deposit it your bank will likely not credit it to your account until it "clears" in 6 weeks or so .... Thank the DOJ and its processor prosecution campaign for this involuntary savings plan.

If this information is incorrect, I apologize, things change in this area, it seems, on a daily basis.
