The other fact on our side is that there hasn't been a prosecution of a player for playing in a kitchen poker game. Like I said in my other post today we need to get active in Idaho. When the feds shut down the banks for US players, some of the sites found ways to get around it. I would assume the sites you are currently playing on, will still work in Idaho.
